pelvisWe offer a range of different forms of treatment

These treatments include:

Soft Tissue Treatment

Manipulation Treatment

These are movements that are carried out on a joint to improve its mobility.

Stretch the soft-tissues, muscles, ligaments, tendons by moving  the joint rhythmically, therefore increasing flexibility, and feeding this back to the central nervous system, to bring about a greater range of flexibility.

Cranial Treatment

A specialised form of osteopathy. A set of very gentle manual techniques which are generally applied to the whole of the cranium (head) and the sacrum (base of the spine). This treatment is often used to treat babies and children and are suitable for children at all stages of development.

Cranial treatments can also be used in adults either exclusively or in conjunction with other forms of osteopathy.

Mechanical energy that is applied to damaged or inflamed tissue (example, shoulder rotator cuff tendonitis, knee ligaments, Achilles tendonitis). It will speed up and enhance the quality of the repair.
